The basement was being excavated at Old Railway Station, during which the accident occurred. Four workers were buried under the soil collapse. During this time two women laborers died. At the same time, the workers are being described as seriously injured.

Two factions of students quarreled in Sonipat’s ITI institute on Wednesday morning. The quarrel took a violent form and Welder Trade students Ajay and Rohit were attacked with a knife by a student who arrived to defend the beach.

The incident is being investigated by GRP, while construction work is currently halted.
