The SSD Higher Secondary School, located in Raigda Block in the Ghazapati district of Odisha, was stirred up when a 20-foot-long King Cobra suddenly entered a classroom. It is being reported that this giant and extremely poisonous snake had been roaming around the school premises for several days.
During the incident, the school staff immediately closed the door of the room, introducing the understanding from which the snake could not exit. He then reported to the snake helpline. Two expert rescuers from the Snake Helpline team from Chikiti in Ganjam district, Ramachandra Sahu and Jagannath Sahu arrived on the spot. Till then the snake remained in the room for about three hours.
